mint and coriander chutney

easy-to-make dipping sauce


1 green chilli
1 bunch coriander (30gm)
half a bunch mint leaves (15gm)
1 garlic clove, peeled and grated
500ml yogurt
Salt to season


  • 1. Grind all the above ingredients (except yogurt) coarsely and add the mixture to 500ml yogurt. Mix well.
  • 2. Adjust consistency with a few tbsps. of water if needed.
  • 3. Serve chilled.
